By engaging in a consultation with Golden Knowledge ("the Consultant"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which define the nature of the service, applicable disclaimers, legal limitations, and your responsibilities as a participant. 2. Nature of the Service

These consultations are intended to share what Golden Knowledge would personally consider in similar scenarios, not as direct suggestions or advice.

4. Confidentiality

5. Consultations Free of Charge
Participant payments are considered donations, which support the foundation's mission of spreading crucial information freely through various platforms and sites. These donations help sustain the infrastructure and resources needed to continue making valuable insights and information accessible to all. The consultation service itself is provided free of charge. The labor involved in offering these insights is a service to the community, supported by the generosity and participation of those who contribute through donations. Due to the nature of donations as voluntary contributions to support a broader mission, all donations are final and non-refundable. This policy ensures that the foundation can continue its work uninterrupted, using received funds effectively to further its goals.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, insights, and information provided during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Golden Knowledge. They are for personal use only and must not be resold, redistributed, or reproduced without express written permission.
7. Service Modifications or Discontinuation
Golden Knowledge reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, or to alter these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Participants will be informed of significant changes prior to their scheduled consultations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Knowledge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from the consultation services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Golden Knowledge harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the consultation services, including any actions you undertake based on the information received.
10. Force Majeure
Golden Knowledge shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, government regulations, natural disasters, or strikes.
11. Client Responsibilities
Participants agree to actively engage during the consultation by providing accurate information and raising any questions or clarifications needed. Participants acknowledge their responsibility to evaluate and decide how to use the information provided.
12. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms and Conditions are for the benefit of the client and the Consultant only. No third-party individual or organization shall have any rights under these terms.
13. Working with Youth Under 18
Golden Knowledge is committed to safeguarding the welfare of youth under 18 during consultations. For participants under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is required to participate in consultations. Parents or guardians must be present at the beginning and conclusion of each session. It is recommended that they are informed of the consultation details and objectives.
14. Limited Customer Service and Response Time
Due to Golden Knowledge being solely operated by the Consultant without additional support staff, please expect limited customer service and response times for technical support and administrative inquiries. The Consultant will endeavor to provide the best possible support, but participants should not assume any legal responsibility for potential delays or limited availability in administrative contact.
15. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By scheduling and participating in a consultation, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. You understand the nature of the insights provided and accept full responsibility for their interpretation and application.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is accessed. Any disputes arising from consultations will be resolved within the jurisdiction's court system.
17. Charge-back Policy
Participant payments are considered donations to support the foundation's mission, and as such, are final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree not to initiate any charge-backs regarding your contribution. In the event of a charge-back attempt, this document will serve as proof that you have consented to these terms, confirming your understanding and acceptance that donations are non-reversible. If you have any concerns or inquiries regarding your donation or the consultation services, please contact Golden Knowledge directly to seek resolution.
18. Rescheduling Policy
In the event that Golden Knowledge must cancel a scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances or any other unexpected reasons, participants will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their session at a mutually convenient time. As a gesture of good faith and to compensate for any inconvenience, the rescheduled consultation will include an additional hour of consultation time. Participants will be contacted to arrange the rescheduling as promptly as possible.
19. Participant Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If a participant needs to cancel a scheduled consultation, they will be granted one opportunity to reschedule their session at a mutually convenient time. Should the participant need to cancel again after this initial rescheduling, they will forfeit the consultation without the option for further rescheduling. This policy is in place to ensure time management and availability for all participants seeking consultations and to maintain fairness in scheduling. Participants are encouraged to contact Golden Knowledge at the earliest convenience to discuss rescheduling.
20. Consent to Terms and Conditions
By making a donation and subsequently scheduling a consultation with Golden Knowledge, you acknowledge and consent to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Such consent signifies your agreement to abide by the provisions outlined herein, including the limitations on liability, refund policy, and the nature of services provided. Your participation indicates a clear understanding and acceptance of your responsibilities as a participant in the consultation.
